The Big Green Button promotion (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of The Big Green Button LLC ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members or household members of each are not eligible to participate.
The Promotion is sponsored by The Big Green Button LLC, 808 Reed Ave, San Diego, CA 92109 ("Sponsor").
Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Each weekly Promotion begins Monday at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends Sunday at 11:59 PM Eastern Time, or earlier if the prize is claimed, whichever occurs first. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
During the Promotion Period, visit [website URL] and click The Big Green Button. The first eligible entrant to click after the secret unlock time will be deemed the winner, subject to verification. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person per week. Automated or scripted entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.
Each week, one (1) winner will receive the prize specified on the website for that week (the "Prize"). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize will be included in the weekly prize description. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The potential winner will be notified on-screen immediately after clicking and will be prompted to provide a valid email address. Sponsor will attempt to contact the winner via email within two (2) business days. Winner must respond within five (5) business days with any required information to claim the prize. If a potential winner fails to respond, is deemed ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants clicking after the button unlocks each week.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable email; or for any technical failures.
Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration.
Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at our Privacy Policy page.
Entrants agree that any disputes arising under these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and entrants consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts located in San Diego County, California.
